“My goal is to qualify and represent my home country, Ghana. It’s something I’ve wanted to do since I started track and field as a young boy.”
His passion for competition has taken him to the next level. He is determined and motivated to do whatever it takes to get him passed qualification and the potential of winning an olympic medal. Nana has been inspired and motivated by many coaches and mentors over his life, and he wants to be able to do the same for others. He believes anyone can achieve their goals if they set there minds to it, and uses Boomcast as a platform for inspiring people around the world. After he graduated from Princeton and moved on to Tennessee, he wanted to be able to connect with those around the world and motivate them to work hard and as a result anything can be possible.
“I’ve always had people in my life that would take me to higher levels. Whether they were my coaches, friends, family, teachers, whoever, I always had people around me that motivated me to push past my physical limits and strive for greatness. Had it not been for them, I definitely would’t be where I am today. It’s sad to think some people don’t have anyone to push them and inspire them in their lives. I want to be able to motivate people around the world. I want to show people anything is possible if they’re willing to put in the hard work. All they need is a motivator and that’s why I’m here.”
